If you’ve already read all of the stuff I post, you know that I love traveling. So it was super awesome when Megan and Aaron asked me to go to Aruba last year and film their beautiful Aruba elopement wedding at Hotel Riu Palace Aruba! It was only a week after I got back from another trip that I left for Aruba! My husband was not happy lol, but oh well, YOLO!
Megan & Aaron’s Destination Aruba Elopement Wedding at Riu Palace
It was crazy hot during this time in Aruba, but it was still a photographer’s dream! We got to chill on the beach for almost all of the trip. Megan’s hair and makeup was done by the Renova Spa which is on the Riu property and both wedding parties got ready in their suites. The entire wedding took place on the beautiful beach outside of the Hotel Riu Palace and it was awesome not having to wear shoes all day long! Their beach ceremony was beautiful and so romantic with the backdrop of the ocean right behind Megan and Aaron.
After the ceremony we were able to get a few more wedding party photos and then some portraits of Aaron and Megan walking along the beach during sunset. The reception was also held on the beach, and it was such a blast! Everyone had such a great time celebrating these two during their Aruba elopement wedding! The next day we ended up doing a session where Megan and Aaron jumped in the water in their full wedding attire! They just went out and had the time of their lives while we snapped away. It was such a good time and an unforgettable destination wedding in Aruba!
