Choosing the Best Time for Your Amalfi Coast Wedding
Timing is everything when planning your wedding. The Amalfi Coast is beautiful year-round, but different seasons offer unique benefits! Make sure to pick the season that matches your vision and priorities!
- Spring (April to June):This is the perfect time for blooming flowers and mild weather. It’s not too hot, and the crowds are smaller compared to summer.
- Summer (July to August): Summer is peak season, with long, sunny days and vibrant energy. However, it can get quite hot, and tourist areas are busier! So consider that if you are planning your wedding around this time.
- Fall (September to October): Fall offers cooler temperatures and the golden colors of autumn. It’s a quieter time, making it ideal for a more intimate celebration.
- Winter (November to March): While winter is off-season, it can still be magical for a cozy and quiet wedding. Some venues may be closed, but you’ll enjoy lower prices and a peaceful atmosphere!

Legal Requirements and Paperwork for Foreign Couples Saying I Do’s In The Amalfi Coast
Navigating the legal requirements for a destination wedding can be tricky, but it’s manageable with some preparation. For foreign couples getting married in Italy, you’ll need specific documents, such as:
- Valid passports
- Birth certificates
- A “Nulla Osta,” which is a declaration of no impediment to marry
- Proof of termination of any previous marriages, if applicable
Requirements can vary based on your nationality, so check with the Italian consulate in your country and make sure your documents are translated and legalized well in advance!
