Tulum is one of the most trendiest spot to get married nowadays. Boho is super in and there is no other place so funky and rad to have your dream bohemian wedding or elopement. And add a Rue De Seine dress to it and it’s just pure freakin magic. This Tulum elopement is absolutely to die for.

Lizzy & Daniel’s day was nothing short of magical. They started with getting ready at the La Zebra Hotel in Tulum and ended with an adorable private dance at Gitano. While I was there I found out that the word Guitano means gypsy, I mean how perfect is that. The basket wall set up on the side of the hotel is something literally everyone wants on their walls. So of course we used it to take few portraits, okay maybe lots of portraits.

Hold on to your hearts because this amazing elopement in Tulum will make all you boho elopement dreams come true.

If you’d like to have your own Tulum Elopement, here are some quick tips.

The best season to elope is from late October to December. The rain is gone and Hurricane season has passed, and it’s still pleasantly warm. But most importantly THE SEAWEED IS GONE which is important is you want to have a beachside elopement. The seaweed can be a pain because it takes over the whole beach, it smells, and attracts even more mosquitos than there already are!

Save the paperwork to later. This is the easiest way to go about getting married in Tulum. Have your celebration and them come home and file the paperwork.

Don’t get the big resort packages. Those packages are mostly geared towards big weddings. So if you are eloping just the two of you or with very small number of guests, consider reaching out to an independent hotel. There are tons in the area that are on the beach.

Hiring a coordinator is an excellent way to maximize your elopement experience. Someone who is familiar with the area can be a huge help to planning your Tulum elopement so that your experience is stress free.

I hope this elopement in Tulum gives you some inspiration to have your own there as well and if you do, don’t forget to reach out so I can help you plan an amazing experience!!
